Operations Coordinator
Location and Work Arrangement
Northwest Arkansas | On‑Site
Responsibilities:
- Project management for large scale construction projects
- Manage lead and customer follow-up in company CRM.
- Coordinate schedules with customers, crews, vendors, and the owner.
- Assist with proposal preparation, estimating documentation, job folders, selections, and project checklists.
- Track deposits, signed paperwork, job status, and customer communication.
- Help maintain clean records for QuickBooks, estimating files, and project documentation
Qualifications:
- Experience in construction, operations, administration, project management, sales, or related industries
- Process‑driven mindset and leadership qualities preferred
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
